NOW FOR THE PERMISSIONS PART:

Terra has been trained since a very young age in the ways of the series' very strange metaphysical and nonsensical ways of light and dark, AS SUCH he has the ability sense light or darkness in others.

QUESTION ONE: Does your character have particularly strong "light" or "dark" to them?
Light tainted with dark? Vice versa? Feel free to briefly describe!

QUESTION TWO: Would it be okay if Terra can sense that and mention it?

Of course, it wouldn't be fair if Terra couldn't be submitted to his own rules. Terra himself is a pretty good guy, but has an unfortunate problem of being unable to control his own darkness. So if your character can read minds or sense that kind of thing, YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION!

QUESTION THREE: Would your character be able to sense Terra's own light tainted by darkness? Would they mention it to him?
To anyone else? (you have my permission for all these things! this is just for my own knowledge c: )

QUESTION ONE: He still has that familiar light from long ago, but it's tainted by darkness. Not super strong darkness, but darkness all the same.

QUESTION ONE: It's never expanded on in canon, but I've headcanoned that she has a fairly strong light, given that she's both a replica of Sora - who has a very strong heart of light - and yet her composition is essentially Sora's memories of Kairi, who is a Princess of Heart. Her heart is still her own though, so it has some darkness in it like any other person.

QUESTION THREE: Nope! No light/dark sensing abilities here.

QUESTION ONE: Yea as he is a Ventus, but it is currently hidden under a shitton of darkness. What should have been a bright - too bright - soul/heart is now but a feeble light that is drowning in the (foreign) darkness that blankets it, carving out deep scars in it. Though that might be as there is nothing to taint - only scar, and badly by agony, betrayals, half-truth of deceit and pain. Yet it still struggles to remain alive, as scarred as it is. TLDR: Ventus light is feeble and almost hidden in darkness that has scarred and marred it, but it's still pure, given that it is kinda. stripped clean of darkness.

QUESTION TWO: YES. Go for it.

QUESTION THREE: Nope. Ventus can't - he was never taught in in canon before his AU took over and his Vanitas never saw a need to teach the light that trick.

QUESTION ONE: Fffhhh, yes in both cases. Riku is currently at 80% dark/20% light though that's only due a certain freeloader in his heart (he'd actually be more around 60/40 without him). Kiryu is 98-99% Darkness all ~~or at least mostly~~ by himself. |D;

QUESTION TWO: Again, yes in both cases. XD;

QUESTION THREE: Kiryu can't. Riku on the other hand would definitely sense that sort of thing. He'd probably keep it to himself though, unless it somehow comes up. (In that concern, I have a permissions post myself actually. |D;)

Taiki is pure light, he is a Kirin - incapable of violence or hatred. He has an aura of light around him that can be sensed.

The other three are human, Romeo is pretty much mostly light, Shion is light but there is darkness there, just unrealised, Suzaku has light but it is tainted with darkness.

QUESTION ONE: He's pretty middling. A decent person with some darker moments.

QUESTION TWO: Go ahead, he'll be unsurprised, though.

QUESTION THREE: Ummmm...Testaments are hinted to have some ability to read people's 'wills' and know things about them from that, so he might know, but he won't bring it up without reason.

Yuuuup~ Both Light and Dark run quite strongly in him. :3

Sure, if you can catch your older self without a Black Coat on. I'd also like to mention that if canon!Terra is capable of sensing it, he could probably detect that his older self's Heart feels fractured somehow, like it was shattered and is mending. He might also feel a pull, as it's essentially the same Heart in two different places, but I'll leave that up to you.

Yuuuup~ This Terra's gotten better at the Heart Sensing thing, or at least actually using this particular talent and paying attention to it.

QUESTION ONE: Roxas isn't particular any way, unless he is and you're really looking hard for the Ven in him. I never know how to answer this question brb sobbing

QUESTION ONE: Phillip is a complete and total normie on this scale, except for a twinge of weird not-quite-humanness.

QUESTION ONE: Alcor is a star, so I guess he's like rather REALLY LIGHT or like a planet's heart or idek he is so hard to fill this out for. But he uses darkness-element attacks (i.e. not KHstyle) a lot so that will no doubt confuse KHers at first if they ever see him do that.

QUESTION THREE: Alcor is the only one here who could, because of his ability to sense gods and willpower, but he really wouldn't be looking for light/dark anyway. If anything he'd be more intrigued by Ter's free will than anything.

QUESTION ONE: He's more light than dark mostly because he's a child without many experiences yet. There is dark in him from his peoples' actions but individually he's pretty much on the light side of things. So it'd be like he had his own heart which was also somehow made up of a bunch of other hearts? Something like that.
