NOW FOR THE PERMISSIONS PART:

Terra has been trained since a very young age in the ways of the series' very strange metaphysical and nonsensical ways of light and dark, AS SUCH he has the ability sense light or darkness in others.

QUESTION ONE: Does your character have particularly strong "light" or "dark" to them?
Light tainted with dark? Vice versa? Feel free to briefly describe!

QUESTION TWO: Would it be okay if Terra can sense that and mention it?

Of course, it wouldn't be fair if Terra couldn't be submitted to his own rules. Terra himself is a pretty good guy, but has an unfortunate problem of being unable to control his own darkness. So if your character can read minds or sense that kind of thing, YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION!

QUESTION THREE: Would your character be able to sense Terra's own light tainted by darkness? Would they mention it to him?
To anyone else? (you have my permission for all these things! this is just for my own knowledge c: )

QUESTION ONE: Yea as he is a Ventus, but it is currently hidden under a shitton of darkness. What should have been a bright - too bright - soul/heart is now but a feeble light that is drowning in the (foreign) darkness that blankets it, carving out deep scars in it. Though that might be as there is nothing to taint - only scar, and badly by agony, betrayals, half-truth of deceit and pain. Yet it still struggles to remain alive, as scarred as it is. TLDR: Ventus light is feeble and almost hidden in darkness that has scarred and marred it, but it's still pure, given that it is kinda. stripped clean of darkness.

QUESTION TWO: YES. Go for it.

QUESTION THREE: Nope. Ventus can't - he was never taught in in canon before his AU took over and his Vanitas never saw a need to teach the light that trick.
